I specialise in:
- Event photography, taking pictures of you and your guests enjoying a party or occasion.
- Family portraits especially in natural settings or if you prefer I can come to you and depending on the size of your home set up my white screen/lighting and take pictures of you and your family members in and around your home, where you feel comfortable and relaxed. If this is not possible (white screen is very big) I can take more pictures in and around your home.
I am a friendly photographer who can make the subject that I am photographing feel at ease very quickly. I have lots of experience working with people of all ages and from all walks of life and above all I am very good at listening to what you , the customer wants and is trying to achieve with the overall image.
Although I don’t specialize in wedding photography I have had the pleasure of being booked to take those priceless moments of a couples special day.
My flat booking rate to be at your wedding from 12.00 to 19:30 (first dance time) taking pictures of you and your guests is £400 (Shropshire area rate only for weddings outside of Shropshire I will be factoring in my travel time and fuel to and from your chosen venue).
Photo Editing cost (post shoot):
Adding the finishing touches to those special moments that I capture for you, is actually the most time consuming part of any job that I agree to undertake. Which is why it is necessary for me to charge a further fee for editing and post production time (which includes cinematic filtering, touch ups, blemish removal and overall enhancement of the RAW image files)
For every 50 images that you select from your wedding day shoot, my fee is £100.00.
As a guide most couples usually request between 200 – 400 edited images of their special day.
Yes that is fine but hours you would like to book me before 12.00pm and after 7.30pm would incur a premium hourly rate to book me.
Many brides do like to have pictures taken of them having their hair and make up prepared during the wedding breakfast and I have had requests for me to take pictures of the wedding evening reception (beyond the first dance) to capture everyone letting their hair down and partying.
I am happy to do this but please be aware if you would like me to take these special shots you will be charged an additional hourly rate on top of our agreed fee.
Unfortunately, I don’t take provisional bookings as my demand is such I would be turning clients away on popular dates. However, when you make an official enquiry with me it will be logged in my system and you will be given first refusal should anybody else enquire for the same date.
Yes that is no problem – I can send you JPEG outputs of the files so that you can choose which images you want me to edit and focus on.
Please note that these photo files will have my Peachy Pix watermark on them.
This is to avoid people simply downloading them and not paying me for the work I have done
or sharing images on social media platforms without crediting me for the pictures I have taken or passing my work off as their own.
Once you have paid for the images, my watermark will be removed and they are yours to enjoy and share as much as you want to.
I have an array of photography equipment I have invested heavily in over the years so that you get the best results.
I use a Cannon 5D Mark iii with prime and zoom lenses.
For all post production work I use Adobe Light room and Photoshop.
I have been very fortunate to be booked to take pictures at events in and around the UK .
Highlights have included taking pictures at the Telford International Centre for Self Help Africa Charity, Shropshire Law Society Balls, Shrewsbury Rugby Club Annual Ball, Shropshire Young Farmers Balls, private parties at stately homes and professional conferences at The Mere Golf Resort and Spa Knutsford Cheshire.
Wedding venues I have been lucky enough to take pictures at include Albrighton Hussey Shrewsbury, Manor House Hotel Cotswolds, Stamford Farm House Shropshire, Alveston Manor Stafford, Brooksby Hall Derbyshire aswell as many others.
Previous clients who have booked me have included the Sonic Boom Band, Smash Life, TIA wheels, Steve Jones Acoustic, JT Soul, Self Help Africa, Guestline, Clutton Homes, Treadsetters and many many others.
For a small extra fee I can bring along a second photographer.
For one off events like weddings capturing all the angles and moments can be challenging for one photographer , so to ensure more than one perspective is caught it really helps having that extra person to make sure all basis are covered.
For most event jobs I am happy to transfer all edited images to you that you have paid for without my watermark on using the platform WeTransfer. For this I would require your email address and you will simply receive an email with your photo files on them and you can download them onto your computer/device and they are yours forever to enjoy. I can alternatively put your images on a USB stick and post them out to you via recorded delivery.
For all wedding images I am happy to put all of the images onto a USB and post to you via recorded delivery or if you prefer for a small extra cost I can send you a wedding presentation USB box – instead of just getting a USB stick through the post (which can be underwhelming) your USB will arrive in a beautiful wedding gift box so you can keep it forever and store your USB and the pictures of your special day safely.
Yes I can be booked out at an hourly rate for an event or occasion which can be discussed with you during the booking process. For all events and privately booked photography work between you and I, travel to and from the venue will be included in the overall quote given to you.
Please note that my hourly photography rate does not include any post production editing of the images. A charge (per image) can be discussed if you would like this additional service.
For all bookings I take a 20% non refundable deposit. This secures the date in my calendar for you. The rest of the agreed fee is then to be paid by you ahead of me sending the *final hi-res images.

By having all of the above information I am able to supply you with a more accurate quote as soon as possible.
Please be aware in the event that you may cancel a booking with me your deposit is non-refundable.
This is to protect me as I would be turning down other photography work for the period of time that you have booked me which may fall on the same date you have requested.
However if you need to rearrange a photography shoot due to illness I am more than willing to try (if my calendar allows) and reschedule it with you for another date.
